The College of Information and Communications Engineering concluded its graduation project presentations for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year today. The presentations, which took place over two days, were held in a distinguished academic atmosphere characterized by creativity and innovation, and were attended by the scientific committees and faculty members.
The presentations showcased a wide range of high-quality projects that reflected the advanced scientific and technical skills of the college’s students. The topics covered were diverse, keeping pace with the latest developments in the fields of information and communications engineering.
In the Communications Department, the projects addressed advanced topics including: measuring the properties of insulating materials; 5G technologies and networks; Internet of Things (IoT) applications; control and alarm systems; and fiber optic communications.
In the Department of Information Engineering, the projects were diverse, encompassing:
Smart websites and applications for booking and managing tourism events; employment support systems, career path selection, and professional resume creation; distance learning software and interactive learning platforms; e-commerce platforms and marketing services powered by artificial intelligence agents; service platforms connecting vehicle owners and maintenance workshops using AI technologies; cybersecurity applications for fraud and vulnerability detection; platforms for automating and managing medical events and hospitals; early disease detection systems using AI; electronic games and graphics modeling platforms; professional software, including a smart and educational Python translator project; applications supporting people with disabilities, including services for the deaf, mute, visually impaired, and blind; drone applications; and Internet of Things applications, including smart home systems.
These discussions embody the culmination of the students’ scientific and intellectual efforts throughout their academic journey.
