The College of Business Administration and Finance Organizes a Scientific Lecture on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools in Marketing and E-commerce
In the presence of the Dean of Student Affairs and University Secretary, Professor Dr. Waad Omran, the College of Business Administration and Finance organized a scientific lecture entitled: “The Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools in Marketing and E-commerce.” The lecture was delivered by Dr. Mohammed Hayyan Al-Saba’i, Dean of the College of Information and Communications Engineering at the university, as part of the university’s efforts to promote digital literacy and connect academic aspects with modern practical applications.
The lecture addressed a range of topics related to the applications of artificial intelligence in the fields of digital marketing and e-commerce. It highlighted the importance of marketing and analyzing market needs based on data, in addition to the concept of data and its analysis, and the mechanisms for employing data analysis applications to support decision-making and improve marketing performance.
Dr. Al-Saba’i also reviewed the role of artificial intelligence tools in designing electronic surveys and facilitating data collection and analysis processes. He further explained the concept of Prompt Engineering and how to build precise and professional requests to achieve optimal results. The lecture featured a practical demonstration of using professional order-building tools (Prompt Makers) to design digital advertising campaigns. This included practical examples of creating posters, visual content, and marketing videos using artificial intelligence techniques, as well as an overview of the most prominent modern tools and platforms used in this field.
This event is part of the university’s efforts to enhance students’ skills in modern technologies and improve their readiness for the digital job market, keeping pace with the rapid developments in artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
