Mission

The mission of the College of pharmacy is to educate and train students to become leading pharmacists and researchers by providing a balanced program of education, practical work and research in the fields of biomedical, pharmacological, social and clinical sciences.

Objectives

Provide a dynamic and innovative curriculum in the didactic and experiential components in order to educate and train Pharmacy graduates who possess advanced knowledge, required skills, and professional attitudes to promote pharmacological care and practice.

Monitor, evaluate and revise the curriculum continuously to insure up to date content, and its relevance to practice; and to increase elements to enhance the communal spirit amongst graduates.

Promote active learning, life-long learning, and develop critical-thinking and problem-solving skills through the use of innovative teaching strategies which will enhance students’ acquisition and application of communication skills.

Recruit and attract highly qualified and renowned instructors and teachers both locally and internationally in order to teach the curriculum in the best possible way in view of the mission of the college.
