Discussing the graduation projects of the College of Business and Finance for the first semester of the 2020-2021 academic year
Today, graduation projects for the Faculty of Business Administration and Finance for the first semester of the 2020-2021 academic year were discussed by the jury composed of a group of professors and teachers at the college in the presence of students, their parents and a number of colleagues in the faculty, where students Sari and Rami Malel from the Department of Business Administration discussed their graduation project entitled: “Impact of the effectiveness of training programs in competitive advantage” under the supervision of Dr. Zainab Al-Sheikhly.
The study aimed at diagnosing and analysing the relationship and impact of human resources training in achieving competitive advantage (especially in MTN) and the importance of training programs in raising the efficiency of working people because of the important role of the human element in achieving the success of any institution. The jury consisted of the supervisor, along with Dr. Ahmed Daas and Dr. Majd al-Nafouri.
**A graduation project entitled “The role of public relations in improving the mental image ” – a practical case study of the airline “Cham Wings” presented by the students Mohammed Hani Sateh and Mohammed Kabbani from the Department of Business Administration, under the supervision of Dr. Ragheed Qasswa.
The study aimed to determine the extent to which public relations affect the mental image in its dimensions (cognitive, emotional, social and behavioral) and to protect the reputation of the organization and obtain a decent mental image by public relations.

*”The impact of credit facilities on the profitability of banks” is the title of the graduation project of student Mayas Yacoub Al-Fayoumi from the Department of Financial Sciences and Banking, under the supervision of Dr. Ragheed Qasswa.
The project highlighted the impact of the size of the banking facilities on the profitability of Syrian private banks in its dimensions (return on assets – return on property rights) and was discussed in the presence of a jury: Dr. Ahmed Daas, Dr. Nabil Khoury and Dr. Fadi Jamaan.
