The College of Arts and Sciences celebrates the creativity of its students in graduation projects
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ammar Nasser Agha, President of the International University for Science and Technology, the College of Arts and Sciences held discussion sessions for 41 graduation projects for students of the Interior Design Department for the first semester of the academic year 2024/2025. These sessions witnessed a variety of distinctive designs that embodied the students’ ideas and ambitions to design projects aimed at developing and serving the local community.
The public discussion sessions, which lasted for four days, were characterised by interaction between the students and the jury, consisting of professors and engineers from the college: Dr. Mahmoud Sheikh Al-Shabab, Dr. Muhammad Ghanem, Dr. Samir Ghanem, Dr. Wafaa Sarmini, Dr. Samir Abu Zeina, M. Fayez Homsi, M. Afef Badran, M. Bashar Sheikh Al-Ard, M. Abdullah Reda, M. Sameh Al-Assaf, M. Khalil Al-Hanawi.
The content and subject of the projects varied to include designs for hotels, tourist resorts, cultural and entertainment centers, nursing, health and psychological care centers, engineering companies, designs for car companies, private centers for the rehabilitation of addicts, nursing and children’s homes, and designs for television channels.
