Dr. Suleiman also addressed how to manage exam anxiety through concentration, avoiding distractions, organizing thoughts, preparing lessons in advance and daily without postponement. Additionally, she emphasized adopting logical thinking, avoiding negative thoughts, holding onto positive thoughts, self-confidence, and steering clear of procrastination and isolation. She stressed that delaying studying until exam time is one of the most significant causes of anxiety, fear, and stress.
