New Academic Collaboration Opens Doors for Student Support and Admissions
As part of efforts to strengthen international academic cooperation and expand support and admission opportunities for graduating students, Prof. Dr. Waad Omran, Dean of Student Affairs and University Secretary, met with a Jordanian delegation. The delegation included Mr. Asim Al-Majali, Executive Director of Marketing at the International Academic Bridging Company; Mr. Sameh Al-Zubaidi, Director of the International Affairs Unit at the University of Jordan; and Dr. Sim Hashem, Director of the company’s Damascus office.
The meeting addressed prospects for joint cooperation in supporting and securing academic admissions for students pursuing postgraduate studies. Discussions also focused on strengthening international partnerships to create new opportunities for students to benefit from available educational and academic prospects.
Prof. Dr. Waad Omran emphasized the importance of building bridges of cooperation with academic institutions and companies specializing in international education. He noted that such efforts contribute to enhancing student services and providing outstanding educational opportunities that support students’ academic and professional journeys.
For their part, the delegation members expressed their appreciation for the existing cooperation, affirming their commitment to expanding partnership areas and joint initiatives. They highlighted the goal of achieving mutual academic interests and enhancing students’ opportunities to benefit from international educational programs and scholarships.
