Scientific Participation of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Syrian Pharmaceutical Forum

The International Private University for Science and Technology participated in the Syrian Scientific Pharmaceutical Forum, held at the National Library in Damascus from April 30 to May 2, 2026, under the slogan: “We Meet to Innovate… We Research to Advance.”

The participation included a scientific session chaired by the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Habib Abboud, entitled:

“Technical Understanding to Avoid Errors and Defects in the Pharmaceutical Industry.”

The event was also attended by several faculty members, including Dr. Bissan Ahmad, Dr. Issam Al-Nasser, Dr. Jalal Fandi, and Dr. Basel Hussein.

Lectures were presented by Dr. Abdul Qader Abadi and Dr. Muhammad Othman, in addition to a large number of students from the faculty.

This participation is part of the university’s efforts to pursue specialized scientific activities and strengthen ties with academic events in the pharmaceutical sector.
