The Fifth Season of Microendodontics Training: Towards More Precise Skills and Professional Practice

In a learning environment that simulates the finest details of clinical practice, the Faculty of Dentistry inaugurated its fifth season of the Microendodontics training course. Approximately 40 students from the Endodontics (3 and 4) courses participated in the course, in collaboration with Anas Dental Center.

During a site visit, University President Professor Ammar Nasser Agha observed the training proceedings and commended the high level of organization and integration between the academic and practical aspects.

The course is designed as an advanced, interactive experience, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application using modern magnification techniques (loops and microscopes). The course covers specific topics including:

• Microendodontics, magnification techniques in endodontic treatment

• Isolation and rubber dam, ultrasonic applications

• Automated root canal preparation, irrigation techniques, and thermal obturation

The course is supervised by an organizing committee comprised of Dr. Mohammed Salem Rakab, Dr. Ammar Eid, and Dr. Razan Al-Bani. At the end of the course, participants receive certificates accredited by the college, culminating in an integrated training experience that keeps pace with the latest standards of practice in dentistry.
