A Specialized Scientific Lecture by Dr. Nasser Qabaq at Damascus University to Enhance Academic Cooperation in Cosmetic Dentistry

As part of efforts to enhance academic cooperation, Dr. Nasser Qabaq, a faculty member at the Faculty of Dentistry, delivered a specialized scientific lecture entitled “Cosmetic Dental Restoration Using Guided Bio-Preparation Techniques” to first-year postgraduate students in the Department of Cosmetic Dentistry at Damascus University.

The lecture aimed to assess the academic level and needs of postgraduate students, as well as to foster direct communication with this group and build an academic network with faculty members in the postgraduate studies department at Damascus University, thus achieving mutual benefit and supporting the advancement of scientific research.

In his lecture, Dr. Qabaq addressed advanced topics in cosmetic dentistry using modern and specialized techniques. The lecture included a theoretical component covering the scientific foundations and contemporary developments, and a practical, applied component utilizing modern materials and techniques. This provided students with an opportunity for direct interaction and the acquisition of valuable practical experience. This lecture comes as a confirmation of the importance of partnership between universities, given its role in exchanging experiences, raising the academic level, and improving the level of specialized medical education, which contributes to preparing qualified scientific personnel capable of keeping pace with the rapid development in the field of dentistry.
