The lecture began with an opening speech by Professor Dr. Ammar Nasser Agha, who discussed the role of health insurance in university life and emphasized the importance of all parties involved — the university, the students, and the insurance company — understanding their rights and responsibilities within the insurance contract.
Next, Professor Dima Al-Dik, a faculty member from the College of Business Administration and Finance, provided a detailed explanation of the health insurance program for students. She highlighted the key coverages and benefits provided by the program.
On his part, Dr. Khaled Hanidi, Director of Public Relations and Marketing at GlobeMed, delivered a presentation on how to use the insurance card. He clarified the key conditions to follow in order to receive medical services and provided a detailed explanation of the mobile app MHCMC, a vital tool for facilitating the process of obtaining medical approvals, learning about available coverages, and accessing approved medical service centers.
At the end of the lecture, a Q&A session was held to address the attendees’ inquiries regarding health insurance and how to maximize the benefits of the services provided.
