A Field Trip for Architecture Students to the Marota City Project

Today, students from the Faculty of Architecture, accompanied by a number of faculty professors, conducted a field trip to the Marota City project to enhance their practical knowledge and learn about the latest architectural projects in the capital, Damascus.
During the visit, the students were briefed on the project’s engineering designs and modern facilities, as well as the advanced architectural techniques used. They were also briefed on the importance of precise timeline planning and coordination between different disciplines (civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical) to avoid delays. They were also briefed on the quality and safety standards followed at every step of the implementation process.
This field trip is part of the faculty’s curriculum, which aims to link theoretical education with practical application. It enabled students to learn about the details of the Marota City project, one of the most prominent modern urban projects in the region.
