  • Students from the Faculty of Information and Communications Engineering showcase pioneering technology projects at the UNRWA First Spark Tech Exhibition

The International University for Science and Technology participated in the UNRWA First Spark Tech Exhibition, organized by the UNRWA Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Program. Students from the Faculty of Information and Communications Engineering presented five innovative projects that represent a qualitative leap in the field of modern technology.
The projects on display included:
Project 1: Bilt Fix – by students Nawar Ghanem, Yousef Al-Sabban, and Maher Madwar.
Project 2: Smart Electric Wheelchair – by students Basma Khalil and Judy Al-Mawsili.
Project 3: Coco’s EYES – by student Bayan Obeid.
Project 4: Ziplinee CI/CD System – by student Shadi Sharbaji.
Project 5: The Eclipse of the Elden Lord – by student Muhannad Dandashli.
The pavilion was visited by University President Prof. Ammar Nasser Agha, accompanied by Dean of Student Affairs Prof. Waad Omran. They praised the students’ innovative projects, affirming the university’s continued support for student talent and fostering an environment of innovation and creativity on campus. They also emphasized the importance of preparing students for the job market and enhancing their opportunities for excellence and innovation.
The exhibition continues until Thursday, the 16th of this month, with the participation of a number of public and private universities. Some projects are competing to qualify for the Teknofest competition in Türkiye, representing a golden opportunity for students to shine on a global level.
