Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics Organizes Workshop Titled “Hello Web World”* in Collaboration with Vica Web Solutions

The Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology organized today, in collaboration with Vica Web Solutions, a workshop titled”Hello Web World”. The event was held at the new auditorium of the Faculty of Architectural Engineering.

The workshop, delivered by Eng. Mohammad Osama Abouzeid and Eng. Mohammad Al-Kurdi, covered several key topics in the field of web development, including:

* The life cycle of website development.
* The differences between UI/UX DesignFrontend, and Backend Development, with emphasis on essential programming languages, technologies, libraries, and frameworks that support developers and engineers in building professional systems.
* How to embark on a well-structured and steady journey in the field of web development.

Dr. Hayan Al-Siba’i, Head of the Department, highlighted the importance of this workshop, noting that it comes as part of the faculty’s plan to strengthen the practical aspects of student learning and connect them with the modern requirements of the job market in the technology sector.

The workshop witnessed remarkable student engagement, with questions and discussions that enriched the sessions and emphasized the importance of such practical activities in supporting the educational process and motivating students to build their skills on solid foundations.
