A Scientific Visit for Pharmacy Students to the Ibn Zohr Pharmaceutical Industries Laboratory

As part of the College of Pharmacy‘s efforts to enhance the practical and applied aspects of its students’ knowledge and link the academic curriculum to the requirements of the labor market, the college organized a scientific visit to the Ibn Zohr Pharmaceutical Industries Laboratory on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. The visit included final-year students and graduates, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Ahmed Omran Mukhalalati.
During the visit, the students were briefed on the history of the laboratory’s establishment and its various departments, in addition to learning about the latest technologies used in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products produced by the laboratory.
This visit represented a valuable opportunity for the students to gain practical experience and develop their skills through direct interaction with real-world work environments, which will contribute to better preparing them for the job market in the pharmaceutical industry.
The administration of the International University for Science and Technology thanks the laboratory’s administrators for their warm welcome and organization, and affirms its commitment to strengthening future cooperation between them to serve the interests of students and graduates.
