– This study is aimed at determining the impact of job stress on job performance in order to measure the performance level and determine the impact of job stress factors (low salaries, job insecurity and workload).
– This investigation was conducted among the middle management staff in the private university “The International University for Science & Technology in Damascus”, “MTN” and the International Islamic Bank. It was conducted on (42) employees.
– The researcher used one sample test for statistical significance on dependent and independent variables and the analysis of simple and multiple linear regressions to study the expected effect of independent variables on the dependent variable and the ANOVA test to detect the differences between the views of the sample members according to identification characteristics.
– The results through analysis showed that there is no statistical significance of the impact of the workload and job insecurity on the basis of the views of the study sample, while there is a statistical indication of the effect of the low salaries on the work performance according to the views of the study sample.
